Applications are open for the Ministry of Culture’s Dispositif Accueil-Studio programme from 15 June to 10 September 2026.
This open call for projects supports residencies dedicated to artistic practice, research, and creation for dance artists. Dance is understood here as a physical art form open to dialogue with other disciplines, including vocal arts, music, literature, fashion, theatre, visual arts, cabaret, and more. All forms and histories of dance are welcome.
The call is open to artists from all backgrounds and territories, including Normandy, elsewhere in France, and internationally.
- Between 4 and 6 projects will be hosted from April to December 2027.
Each residency consists of two consecutive weeks of studio work, punctuated by a public presentation. The CCN provides co-production funding ranging from €5,000 to €9,000 per project, as well as:
- A large studio (15 m × 10.5 m). Please note that the lighting grid is fixed. Lighting equipment is installed on a scaffolding structure, making modifications during the residency difficult to implement.
- 40 hours of technical support (limited to setup, strike, and the public presentation)
- Accommodation in a four-bedroom apartment
Applications must be submitted by Thursday, 10 September 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
The selection committee will meet at the end of October. It is composed of François Chaignaud (Director), Jérôme Marin (Associate Artist), Maryfé Singy (Associate Artist), Jeanne Lefèvre (Deputy Director), Chloé Pérol (Deputy Director), and Camille Planeix (Project Manager).
Applicants will be notified of the results in November 2026.
